Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Luvertta. We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns on full price items within 14 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Please Note: Any returned items must be sent back to us at your own cost.

Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final, no refunds/exchanges are allowed. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchange will be done only for the same item, send us an email at info@luvertta.com.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 7 days of your item(s) receipt.

Please note that it may take several days before the money shows in your account - the processing time for refunds depends solely on the bank’s policies, and we have no control over the speed of receipt. 

Please note: The customer takes entire liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Original shipping charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Luvertta is not obligated to issue any refunds if the goods are received later than 14 calendar days from the written communication of the cancellation of an order.
