Shipping Policy

At Luvertta, every piece is hand-stitched in Europe and dispatched with care. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

All Luvertta orders ship with DHL, worldwide.

  • Orders under €125: €15
  • Orders €125 and over: €10

  • Orders £75–£149.99: £10

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates below are counted from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. They are estimates provided by DHL and are not guaranteed.

During peak periods (holidays, sale events), delivery may take slightly longer.

Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, Luvertta ships DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout — there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Tracking Your Order

A DHL tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Luvertta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but once an order has shipped we cannot guarantee changes.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we'll open an investigation with DHL. We're committed to making sure your order reaches you.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luvertta piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an email to info@luvertta.com — before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Once you have notified us, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition, with any tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging, including the cotton dust bag

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@luvertta.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We'll confirm the return and provide the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

For EU withdrawal returns, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest.

Please note: under EU law, if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard option, we are only required to refund the standard delivery cost.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days of processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at info@luvertta.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs, at no expense to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items, in line with EU consumer law.

Terms of Service

Welcome to Luvertta. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luvertta.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

Luvertta sells hand-stitched headbands, hair accessories, and related items. We make every effort to display product colours, materials, and details accurately. Slight variations may occur, as many of our pieces are handmade — this is a characteristic of the product, not a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in the currency applicable to your market and include applicable taxes where indicated. For international orders, prices are shown DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — see our Shipping Policy for details.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you before processing.

3. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order; it does not constitute acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of stock availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers; Luvertta does not store full card details.

5. Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Full details, conditions, and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of Luvertta or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the Site's operation or security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvertta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Dispute Resolution (EU Buyers)

If you are a consumer in the EU and a dispute arises that we cannot resolve directly, you have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

We are, however, always happy to try to resolve any issue directly first — please contact us at info@luvertta.com before pursuing other steps.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
